ANSWER

A woolen Mill will be a great addition to the Illinois Sheep and Craft areas. I suggest you notify Gene McGrew, Executive Secretary of Illinois Lamb and Wool at 309-772-8064. Gene can help spread the word of your mill to producers in the state. For wool fleeces, you can advertise in your local paper or Illinos Agra News or contact sheep shearers in your area. Groenewold Fur and Wool, located in Forreston, Illinois probably has the largest selection of different grades and types of wool. They can be reached at 815-938-2381 or do a word search for them on the internet. I also have them listed on SheepNet in the Resources area under Agri Business. Good Luck with your business.
