Lamb Tattooing and Weighing, Bloomington, Charleston, Ina, Culham, Belvidere, Jerseyville

Lambs must be tagged, tattooed and Premeier Lambs to be entered in Junior show at Illinois State fair must be weighed and tatooed by May 15, 2010.

Lambs can be weighed in at the Interstate Center, Bloomington on May 1, from 9AM - Noon. This will be the only weigh day in Bloomington.

Lambs can be weighed at the Coles County fairgrounds in Charleston from 10:30 - Noon

Lambs can be weighed at the jefferson-Franklin Co Fairgrounds, Ina from 10 AM- Noon

Lambs can be weighed at the Boone County Farigrounds in Belvedere from 10 AM -Noon and Goats can be weighed from Noon-1. This is the first year for weighing at this location.

Lambs can be weighed at the Bob Wright farm in Culham from 10AM-11AM. This is the first year for this weighing lacation.

Lambs can be weighed at the Hugh Moore Jr Farm in Jerseyville from 10AM - Noon. This is the first year for this weighing location.

Meat Goat wethers will be tattooed at this time as well.

Exhibitors will need to pay for electronic ID tags on site. Cost of tags is $2.00 each and must be paid for onday lamb is weighed either by cash or check made out to University of Illinois
